These are beautiful modernist earrings designed by Henning Koppel. While Georg Jensen held a leading position in Art Nouveau and Art Deco design, Koppel's work established Georg Jensen as a leader in the modernist movement. These vintage sterling silver earrings complement many of Koppel's contemporary modernist pieces.
These vintage sterling silver earrings feature the post-1944 Georg Jensen mark, Georg Jensen, in an oval of indented dots. They are also marked sterling, Denmark, and 119, the earring number.
