This Coron Exclusive Edition contains the most beautiful views of the topography by Georg Braun and Franz Hogenberg.
The "Description and Cobtrafactur of the foremost city in the world" or, as the original Latin title reads "Civitates Orbis Terrarum", is the best known and most comprehensive city book of the late 16th century. The new price was 1,798 euros.
Contents: 8-page introduction with colored title page; 56 full-page colored city views; 56 sheets of city descriptions (facsimile text) plus another 16 pages of text.
