The "Complete Works" of Buffon (Georges-Louis Leclerc, Comte de Buffon) is a collection of scientific and literary writings published in the 18th century in France. Buffon was a French naturalist who played an important role in the advancement of the natural sciences, including biology, geology and physics. He was also a prolific writer, having written on a variety of subjects including natural history, philosophy, literature and politics.
Buffon's "Complete Works" were published from 1749.
