Bindings of good quality from the time in full glazed tawny calfskin, smooth spine, brown and green morocco pieces, rich gilt decoration, triple fillet on the covers, all gilt edges.
Nice set, solid bindings, the spines remain decorative, 6 caps leveled, the spine of volume 2 faded and cracked. Trace on the first cover of volume 2. Scratches on the covers. Fresh, clean interiors with virtually no foxing. Some slight traces of handling. In volume 2 a dislocated notebook.
