The work is part of the series "El esplendor", which reflects on the coexistence of past and present. We see a woman and some children in a relaxed attitude, in what seems like a pleasant afternoon, under the sun and on the grass. We don't know if it's a memory, a dream scene. Children appear to double and fade slightly or appear to be finishing appearing.
Pilar López Báez was born in September 1981 in Madrid. He studied Fine Arts and Art History, as well as graphic design. His work has been exhibited in Spanish galleries such as Espacio36 in Zamora, and foreign ones, such as Víctoria's Gallery in Bratislava. His work has been awarded prizes, courses and scholarships. 67642381
