Catawiki’s goal is to make special objects universally available. Our weekly auctions feature thousands of unusual, rare, and exceptional objects you won’t find in just any store. Splendid Vintage Eberhard&Co watch, in 18KT solid gold, from the 1950s/60s, perfectly functional, in good general condition, keeps good time, even if I don't know the date of the last revision. The watch mounts an original Eberhard movement, with manual winding, while the particular honeycomb dial, with the classic marks of the time lived, make this watch more fascinating, and more attractive for collectors.
The solid gold case measures 35mm, excluding the winding crown, while it measures 22mm from handle to handle, fitted with an 18mm leather strap. Its weight is 36.80 grams.
What can we say about the Eberhard brand, a brand which, together with other important brands such as Omega, Longines, Zenith, etc, etc, has contributed to writing the history of high-end watchmaking all over the world, continuing, even today, to create watches and movements, increasingly reliable, enriching the collections of the many collectors devoted to this brand. I note that I am a small collector, consequently this sale is a sale between private individuals, therefore the visa-and-like formula applies, I guarantee that the watch works, possibly I have a video where you can see the watch working. which is in good general condition, but I don't know the date of the last revision.
I do not ship to China, Russia and Japan. 67456255
