Selling here is a very scarce example of Charles Etienne's, 'Notre-Dame de Lesbos'. This is the deluxe limited edition of 150 copies, this being number 11. With all eight colour plates by Smit and signed by the author to the limitation page. Bound in the original wraps.
Condition: The binding has wear and edge/spine loss, bumping to head/tail and all four corners. Few small nicks, soiled and grubby. Repaired to rear wrap. Contents grubby, spotted and soiled in parts. Some leaves pulling and with plates loose - the plates in good order. A very nice example overall of a scarce book. Blindstamp to corner of last leaf.
