Attractive, Georgian, Antique Sterling Silver Silver Set of Four Regency style Candlesticks, having round baluster bodies, with removable nozzles, and sitting on round bases, all with hand-chased melon-fluted decoration, applied gadroon borders and original wooden bases.

Made in Sheffield, 1813 (211 years old)

Fully English hallmarked for sterling 925 silver.

The dimensions of this fine pair of hand-made antique silver candle sticks are:
Length 20.5 cm
Wide at base 12 x 12 cm
Gross weight: 538 + 525 + 541 + 544 = 2148 grams (weighted) (bobèches weigh 143 grams)

Condition: Very good condition, especially considering its age. A few tiny pinprick indentations and tiny dents to the base. All four have a pretty initial on the base. All scones have a metal ring inside the scone. One has a very tiny crease on the base. Two dents to the tops of the candlesticks but not visible with the scones on top.
