Maurice Flament (1884-1968) born in Brussels. Also studied at Academy of Fine Arts there. He has exhibited in several exhibitions. Flament also participated in foreign events in Venice, London, Vienna, Prague and Warsaw.
It is an expressionist painter, etcher of landscapes, figures and still lifes. He was a member of 'La Gravure Originale Belge'.
The city of Liège owns his work.
