The pearls are most likely salt water Akoya pearls because of their nice round shape and pink overtone (much more visible in reality than in the photos because of the camera's automatic white balance).
The clasp is 18kt white gold (marked and tested), set with 4 small rubies.

Pearl diameter = app. 8mm
