Additionally there is also an insulated outhouse nestled on the decking, which is currently used as a craft studio but could be used for various things! A new boiler just fitted at the end of 2023 means a 5 year warranty with this as well. This holiday home will be sold unfurnished (but includes all curtains and blinds) but don’t worry the furniture can be discussed with the owner for a separate price!
