Venture further up the cliff top paths towards golden Cap which is the highest point on the south coast of England with some incredible views all the way to Weymouth and Portland. The closest seaside resort is the popular fishing harbour town of Lyme Regis just a couple of miles away. For dining out there is plenty of choice including some pet friendly establishments. Close by you will also find the market town of Bridport with plenty of small independent shops, twice weekly street markets, monthly farmer and vintage markets and the occasional pop up market throughout the season. Just down the road you’ll find West Bay which is well known from the BBC series Broadchurch. Venture west on the coastal path back towards Charmouth or head up east cliff heading towards Burton Bradstock. We are on the main bus route between Weymouth and Axminster, which is on the main train line between Exeter and London.
