Blue Monday Blues?
Today it is ‘Blue Monday’. Apparently, this means that it’s the most depressing day of the year. It happens every January, typically around the third Monday of the month.
The day was created back in 2005 by a travel company who were trying to figure out what time of year people are most likely to book holidays. The day is calculated upon debt levels, weather conditions, travel time, delays and other miserable factors. Some scientists believe this method of calculating, called pseudoscience, is it no way scientific, and does not follow any scientific practices.
