We are very excited to announce that we are launching the UK's first ever nationalRestoration Day on Saturday 22nd August 2015!

Second hand, isn't second best. Items can be found on Preloved almost brand new - but for all those in need of an extra little TLC, you can restore items back to value whilst saving yourself money in the process. This is what Restoration Day is all about!

Here at Preloved, we already celebrate the joy of second hand every year on National Second Hand Day, and we often share recycling and upcycling ideas to help inspire the Preloved community to resist brand new items. However, we recognise that some items advertised on Preloved are more valuable in their original state, so we wanted to promote the value that can be found in restoration!

With over 13,000 classic cars, and 12,000 pieces of antique furniture and period collectiblesadvertised for sale, we will be celebrating the value that can be found in restoring, refinishing, refurbishing and "reloving" period items back to their former glory.

During the run up to the day, you will be able to enjoy:
