Housing and habitat: Dense jungle setups with plenty of plants. This species can be very dominant and aggressive to each other so we generally recommend a 90cm long enclosure.

Hot spot: 24-26C

Humidity: 70-100%

Suitable for: Adept Keepers

Beautiful golds on the adults of this species gives them their well deserved name. This species is very confident and is often seen roaming, so do great in display tanks. Whilst young these frogs have a lot of black but as they age they slowly get taken over by the vibrant golds.
