Advert Description

Unsexed babies

Savanna monitor lizards are relatively large reptiles, with adults typically reaching lengths between 2 to 4 feet (0.6 to 1.2 meters) or even larger in some cases.

They are generally solitary animals and are known for their relatively calm and docile demeanour compared to some other monitor lizard species. These lizards are opportunistic feeders and have a varied diet that includes insects, small vertebrates (such as rodents and birds), bird eggs, and even carrion.
