Advert Description
I have an adult female Rosy Boa, she did come from a rescue, you can really tell with this snake. Her vision is fairly poor, which you can see when feeding, she occasionally just slithers right past her food, however if I leave it in there, 95% of the time, she has eaten by the morning, so it hasn't really been an issue.
She is also very skittish and flinches a lot when getting her out. If you touch or grab her tail end, she will flinch or false strike back towards your hand. So it is probably not the best for a beginner animal, however once she is out, she is fairly chill, and has never bitten myself or anyone since in my care, I do not have further history before this!
She is a great snake, however down to space and time, I feel the best option would be to look for other homes, please understand there care requirements before hand, happy to give some advise but you should know the basics!
She is around 19 years old, however this species lives up to 40 years in captivity, so it is unlikely that she will pass anytime soon, unlike some other snake species around this age!
