What Camera Should I Buy?
When is World Photo Day?
On 19th August 2014, it is World Photo Day. World Photo Day originates from the invention of the Daguerreotype, a photographic processes developed by Joseph Nicèphore Nièpce and Louis Daguerre in 1837. A few months later, on August 19, 1839, the French government purchased the patent and announced the invention as a gift "Free to the World".
Every day we use photography in one way or another, and often without realising it. Whether it’s taking pictures on holiday and of loved ones, or looking at images online, in shop windows, or in magazines, photography is all around us.
Here at Preloved, we’re celebrating World Photo Day with our guide to which camera you should buy. From the old to new and whether you fancy digital or film, with thousands of nearly new, brand new and second hand cameras on the market, there will be one just for YOU!

The majority of professional and some ametuer photographers use DSLR Cameras, as the advanced settings can be adjusted to create different effects and for different lighting conditions.

We know that buying cameras can be expensive, but Preloved have tonnes of second hand cameras listed in each of these categories, so memory making doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg!
