Preloved Archived Adverts
Whether you’re buying or selling, there’s some important information about archiving adverts that all Preloved members need to know!
Selling
- I’ve sold my item, now what do I do?
It’s important that, after your item has sold, you archive your advert so that other potential buyers don’t waste their time, and yours, enquiring about an item that is no longer available. There’s nothing worse than finding your dream Preloved item in your local area, only to find out that it has already been sold.
To archive your advert, visit ‘My Account’ and then ‘My Adverts’. Select the advert you wish to archive and then press ‘delete selected’.
Buying
- An Advert I was looking at has disappeared, what happened?
If a seller has sold an item, or decided that they don’t want to sell it anymore, they most probably will have archived their advert and you’ll no longer be able to see it.
Try searching for items that are similar to the one that was advertised… you might find something even better!
