The Preloved recurring payment applies to to sellers and buyers who have paid for a membership.
What is the recurring payment feature?
For personal memberships, a recurring payment occurs a year after the initial purchase of a membership and is made automatically. If a discount code has been used then the first payment will be made following the end of the discounted period. For business memberships, recurring payments are made monthly.
Before the initial payment is made, the user will be informed of the amount of each recurring transaction.
The recurring payment feature provides greater convenience for members as active users won’t lose their membership at the end of the year and do not have to input payments details multiple times.
How to cancel your membership
If you decide you want to cancel your membership this can be done easily:
- Navigate to the ‘My account’ page.
- Under the ‘My Membership’ section click on any of ‘List Upgrade Payments’.
- From here you will be able to cancel your membership.
