Shep is a male Jack Russell terrier who has recently turned 6 years of age. We bred Shep ourselves. Shep is NOT a working dog so cannot be used for that purpose. He has also been neutered so cannot be used as a stud dog. He is microchipped legally docked and has relevant paperwork. Shep came back to us from grandfather who sadly became too ill to care for him. We also have Sheps brother hence the reason for sale. Due to also owning Sheps brother, they have unfortunately developed a hatred for each other resulting in some nasty disagreements. He is or has been however, in general, good with other dogs. He just does not get on with his sibling, which I'm told is a common problem (hence the reason why you should never keep two dogs from the same litter). Shep is quite a biddable dog who loves a very active lifestyle. He's very fit and requires lengthy, regular walks to stimulate him. He does venture off the lead but can be recalled. He currently lives in the house. Unfortunately he hates loud noises and becomes very stressful with fireworks. What Shep needs most is exercise. We would hope that he gets to spend very lengthy walks In the countryside. He loves a tennis ball! We are extremely fussy about where he ends up and he won’t be going to a home unless I’m 100% you are the right person for him. I will more than likely also want to personally visit where his new home will be.
