Advert Description
Heartbroken to be doing this but my children and I have no choice but to look for a loving home for our 17 month old male German Shepherd. Eight months ago we had a massive change of circumstances out of my control. I’ve tried everything to keep hold of our boy but the fact is he is just too strong for me to care for properly. He is microchipped, in tact, weighs approximately 47kg and hates cats. In the house he is very chilled out for his age, I work from home and so since the age of 10 weeks he has been used to 5-10 people coming into our home each day. He doesn’t bark when the doorbell goes, he is excited to see people and some work is needed on him jumping up. He has no known health issues, is due his booster jabs, and needs training to be walked near cars. He’s strong and I’m unable to walk him alone now on the lead. Despite attending daycare from the age of 12 weeks until 8 months old he’s not great with other dogs but is still young enough for this to be worked on. He’s very affectionate, loves my children and any that visit. I need to know he’s going to a loving and GSD experienced home because he’s a lot of dog but will be worth any effort put into him.
