This is Clementine, a puppy still looking for her forever home, she is a Dutch Sheep Dog (also known as Schapendoes). She is very rare in the UK, there are only 39 of this breed living in the country. We are the only breeders of Schapendoes in the UK. Clementine is a confident, playful puppy growing up with her 5 other sisters and 1 brother. She loves her cuddles and human attention. She and her sister Chigley are constantly playing together and then often curling up to sleep together. When Clementine grows up she will have long shaggy fur that will need regular brushing, but her coat won’t need clipping. She doesn’t moult, but her coat will shed wisps of fur. Dutch Sheep Dogs are an active and intelligent, medium sized dog. They make excellent pets, happy to relax with their owners and fun and engaging when they are exercising. They a brilliant on agility courses given the proper training. Schapendoes are not a recognised breed in this country because of the low numbers living here, we supply all our puppies with Dutch Kennel Club pedigree certificates. Clementine can be met with her mum and dad as well as two other adult relatives.
