Advert Description
Our beautiful red miniature poodle Rita has given birth to a beautiful litter of five pups on March 1st (St Davids day) They are ready to go now, have been microchipped and received their first vaccination and health check and have been registered.
We have 2 girls and 1 bouncing boy available ( please see photos)
Mother:
Rita is a stunning example of the breed, very loving and playful and has made a fantastic mother! She is health tested and KC registered both examples of which will be given to the new owner
Pups are being raised in our family home, alongside our other poodles ( standards) , a cat and children. They are played with and handled daily, have an inside and outside ( weather depending ) playpen to allow for socialisation and exploring!
As poodles require regular grooming we are introducing the pups to the experience slowly and steadily. We lightly brush them each day on the grooming table and are desensitizing them to the sound and feel of the clippers too. They have had a few baths, experienced the dryer and have had a small hygiene groom.
We play sounds to the pups on a daily basis to again try to desensitize sounds that some dogs may find alarming, such as fireworks....sirens ...doorbells etc and have increased the volume. Our household is a very busy one, so noise is something they have grown up with.
Feeding Pups are now fully weaned onto solid foods, they love the different feeding methods we have offered, such as feeding mats, kings, lucky mats which provide enrichment and sniffing opportunities
Toilet training We are slowly trying to train the pups using the LOOBANI potty system.....they are responding very well!!
