Get crafty and make a wreath from a coat hanger!

Happy day 7 of #PrelovedAdvent! We know that a lot of families have more baubles than they could possibly ever need thanks to a yearly splurge once the lights get turned on and the shops start playing Christmas tunes, so we’ve got a super easy and chic use for those you have left over!

What You’ll Need

  • Wire hanger
  • Range of baubles
  • Fake/Real foliage

Make your own bauble wreath

Step 1

Bend the coat hanger into a circle

Step 2

Take each bauble and pop some glue underneath the cap (this will make sure that when you tie them on they won’t pop off)

Wreath-2

Step 3

Whilst the glue is drying, untwist the wire around the top of the hanger so that the top of the circle is now open (you might need some pliers for this!)

Wreath-3

Step 4

Arrange your baubles into the order that you want to string them on in

Wreath-4

Step 5

String the baubles onto the hanger using the curved hook as the start

Wreath-5

Step 6

Add the Christmas foliage at the end and re-secure the top

Wreath-6

And that’s it! Hang it up where ever you like – and don’t forget to snap a picture and tag us on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. Make sure to keep your eyes peeled on the Advent Calendar for the next craft!
