We’re Getting Ready For National Pet Day 2024
We're all getting excited about National Pet Day on April 11th. But we don't think one day's enough when it comes to talking about pets. So we're dedicating the entire month of April to celebrating the wonderful world of pets.
Making sure we do all we can to combat animal welfare concerns is Preloved's top priority. We work closely with various animal welfare charities and organisations to ensure our site's a safe place for responsible rehoming.
There's a lot that goes on behind the scenes and members are often surprised at the amount of pet welfare safeguarding that goes on. So, this month, we'll be answering some of your Frequently Asked Questions, chatting with our favourite pet charities, explaining what our welfare moderators get up to, sharing our pet buying checklist to make sure you find the right pet for you and your family, the red flags you need to be aware of when it comes to pet rehoming, as well as talking about the places you can go to for support if you need it.
National Pet Day Preloved Dog Walk
As well as sharing information and advice on Preloved throughout the month, there'll also be plenty of fun along the way! Head back later this month to see how the Preloved team get on when we head out for a team dog walk on April 11th, National Pet Day, while we raise money for our charity partner of the year, The Christie!
