Today we hosted a very special #PrelovedAdvent Twitter chat, where we announced the winners of our competition.
The aim of the competition was to make the best Christmas craft for under a fiver, ideally using bog standard household items and turning them into something wonderful.
We’ve been overwhelmed with the amount of tremendous entries we’ve had. We adored all of them, and would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you thrifty Prelovers out there who jumped at the chance to upcycle items into beautiful decorative Christmas crafts.
Our lovely friends over at The Purple Finch, EcoCreate and Remade In Britain kindly judged the competition, and we announced the winners during the Twitter chat!
The winner of the @PurpleFinchUK advent prize was Amanda Parrish with this stunning tree!
Stealing the Remade In Britain award was @JamesEdavid with this incredible peg star!
…and the @Eco_Create award was given to @AmandasVintage for this fabulous peg angel!
Of course, we had our own Preloved winners too.
In at number 1 were these magnificent cork reindeers made by @PemburyRecycle! CONGRATULATIONS! You’ve won a beautiful Chaise Lounge!
