Making your mum a homemade ‘Spa in a Jar’ is a really simple yet impressive gift to create at home this Mother’s Day. All you need is a medium or large jar, some little treats; such as face masks, moisturisers and small candles, and you’re on your way to creating a pampering treat personalised to your mums own unique taste. Jazz up the jar by creating a colourful label and tie a ribbon around the top in her favourite colour to really make her feel special! There’s nothing more thoughtful than a mum receiving a personalised gift from a loved one, and this is a gesture she will truly appreciate and enjoy.
- Grow Your Own Herb Kit

It’s not like we’ve got any of that lot left!). You simply find a baking tray in a suitable size, and slowly melt enough chocolate to create a thick layer on the surface. Then you get to have some fun throwing in all your mum’s favourite sweets and treats on top! Leave it to set in your fridge and it's pretty much done. It’s kind of like making Rocky Road, but with personalised ingredients and with more chocolate. Get creative by swirling in white chocolate and fudge to really make your mum’s day.
- Personalise a Mug or Cup!
All mum’s love a good sit down and a natter, preferably with a few biscuits too. With the aid of a plain white mug or cup and a sharpie marker pen, you can create her a cute mug which is not only practical, but personalised as well. You can write a funny little message, or maybe even draw the household pet in your own unique style, either way; your mum will love it. Just make sure your cup is oven proof before you bake it in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees to set the ink!
